Having been on both sides of label business and artist management Billy Clark & Elliott O'Connor have a 360 degree understanding of healthy artist development for a sustainable music career.
Billy Clark has led the A&R at multiple major labels, including Epic records, Atlantic and Def Jam as well as the TV/Film industry, producing network television. In his 28 years in the music industry, he has worked with Kanye West, Black Eyed Peas, Musiq Soulchild, Mariah Carey, and helped develop the career of many other platinum and Grammy Winning Artists. With his ability to understand artists' vision and manifest it, and an eye for developing talent, his passion for his work spreads across experience in artist management, tour management, A&R, creative directing and modelling.
Elliott O'Connor has led the successful careers of several Independent artists across multiple genres, creating an open outlet for his artists to control their own narrative. With over 1500+ shows toured and 350k+ tickets sold,
Elliott has experience running independent labels (including his own - SESH Records), developing artists and touring.
