As President of Vocology in Practice (ViP), Dolly leads a global network of elite voice professionals, guiding the organization with a clear vision for collaboration, innovation, and career development. She is also an authorized ViP instructor, helping to shape the next generation of cutting-edge voice teachers.
A seasoned music director and a lifelong performer, Dolly brings a deep understanding of the stage to her coaching. With a passion for nurturing each clientā€™s unique artistry, she integrates evidence-based technique and stage readiness skills to develop vocal freedom, confidence, and joy.
